In Science, Year 2 have been learning about hygiene and germs. We conducted an experiment to see how germs can spread even though we can’t see them. We placed glitter on our hands to represent the germs and we touched other children and objects. Here are our results:
“I had blue glitter and green glitter on both my hands”
“The germs spread everywhere”
“We need to wash our hands with soap to make the germs off”
We know it’s important to wash our hands before eating so that we don’t put germs in our mouth.
