a) Ensure clarity of vision, ethos and strategic direction;
b) Hold the head teacher to account for the educational performance of the school and its pupils, and the performance management of staff; and
c) Oversee the financial performance of the school and making sure its money is well spent.
Our governors are a group of volunteers from many different backgrounds who work together with the senior leadership team to ensure that our school continually improves and goes from strength to strength.
